Download your website via FTP and upload it to us again.
Regardless platform, it can easily be moved to Loopia.
A MySQL database (eg WordPress is powered with a database) is easily moved through MySQL-Workbench.
It is also possible to upload a copy of your database directly via phpMyAdmin in Loopia Customer zone.
As soon as the move is complete, it's a good idea to double-check that everything is working as intended. The easiest way to do this is by visiting: http://yourdomain.se.loopiadns.com (replace yourdomain.com with your own domain and it should work just fine).
Some tools (such as WordPress) require certain adjustments to the website in order for you to test it.
Moving email addresses and emails to Loopia is not difficult at all either.
When the website and email have been moved, it is time to redirect all visitors to Loopia.
When everything is moved and done, only one thing remains - to cancel your old web hosting package. Welcome to Loopia!
