Your customer number is shown in Loopia Customer zone in the box "My Account". You can also get your user information sent to you by e-mail by visiting loopia.se/loggain and click on the link "Forgot your login information? Click here" and follow the instructions that you find on that page.
You can create and manage your e-mail accounts in the e-mail administration section of the Customer Zone. More information here. Information on how to read your e-mail can be found here (swedish only).
To deactivate these domains you need to log into your customer zone and choose which domains you do not want to renew .

Note that you can both deactivate individual domains or choose to disable more than one with bulk-edit.
After you have deactivated the domains that you do not intend to renew then send an e-mail to email@example.com with the invoice numbers of the invoices you want to remove domains from. A new invoice will be sent to you. Note that if you have a web hosting account the bill may not have passed its expiration date. If the domains are not located on an invoice yet, you can submit your customer ID to firstname.lastname@example.org a>.
You can change operating systems / platforms between UNIX, Windows and Autobahn in Loopia Customer zone via Domain and Web → Domain Properties and then select the domain you want to change the platform on. Then enter the correct platform under the menu "Home directory for web page". If the platform change is not possible, please contact us with details and your customer number (FAXX-XX-XX-XX).
By logging into Loopia Customer zone on loopia.se, you can update your address or add a separate billing address. You can do this by visiting Account settings → User information. If you want us to do this for you, please contact us with your customer number (FAXX-XX-XX-XX).
