Frequently asked questions

Your customer number can be accessed via Loopia Customer zone, where you can see it in the upper right column after you’ve logged in to your account. You can also get your user credentials sent by email or SMS by visiting loopia.com/login and pressing the link "Forgot your username or password?" and follow the instructions.

You can create and manage your email accounts in the email administration section of Loopia Customer zone. Information about creating email addresses and setting up your email clients can be found here.

To deactivate a domain name you need to log into your Customer zone and choose which domain you don’t want to renew.

Note that you can both deactivate single domains or choose to disable more than one with bulk-edit.

After you’ve deactivated the domains that you don’t intend to renew, a new invoice will be sent to you within a few hours if you have chosen billing via email. Please note that if you have chosen billing via regular mail, you will receive your new invoice within a few days.

The reason for this is usually that a theme or plugin on your website does not work properly. You can easily troubleshoot and usually fix this yourself through the WP Debug function. See this guide.

If you have a domain name at Loopia that you want to use to forward visitors to an external website, you’ll find information on how to do it here if you are a web hosting customer, and here if you are a DNS customer.

Login to Loopia Customerzone and go to “Account settings” and “User information” to update your address or add a separate billing address. If you want us to do this for you, please contact our support with your customer number (FAXX-XX-XX-XX) and the information you want to update.

To change the owner of an account or one or several domain name(s), log in to Loopia Customer Zone and select "Account Settings" in the right menu. Then select "Change owner of account or domain” to start a new transfer. If you have further questions or concerns about this, please contact our support.
